OCCUPATION: Assisting annoying, stupid people with the quickest responses to their asinine questions.
Try to form an opinion after reading a page or two of Manic Mart and you will undoubtedly come to the decision that it's an immoral and base group of stories presented to you by a pathetic, bitchy human who hates his chosen profession as supermarket toiler.
Read some more and you will discover a morally complex, spiritually tough hero of blazing insight and impact. A guy with things to say to you. You may even decide the sordidness to be aesthetically relevant.
And what does our hero do? Anything he pleases. He's the king of his world. But sometimes he is a solder of freedom. And yet at other times, a martyr dreaming of vengeance. In any case, he does indeed loathe his job, but cursed because it is the only world he knows.
How can our rule-breaker stay employed? What kind of mind can produce these sinister acts in the name of justice? Why does this trickster share our very name? Well, you'll have to take his sleeve, follow his lead, and read his Shopping Lists to know.
